In 2023, a combined 47 percent of adults in the United Kingdom who had flown in the past 12 months and had made a complaint regarding an air travel issue reported that they were either very or fairly satisfied with the progress or resolution of their complaint. Meanwhile, 23 percent of travelers reported being very dissatisfied with the outcome of their complaint.

This data set includes responses from approximately 155 travelers who have flown within the last 12 months and have complained about a travel issue. ‘Not applicable’ and ‘Don’t know’ responses were excluded.
