* Small companies with a turnover of 121-800 million Russian rubles, medium companies with turnover 0.8-2 billion Russian rubles, large companies with turnover more than 2 billion Russian rubles.

** Interviews were conducted in two phases: from the beginning of September to beginning of October, and from the end of November to the end of December 2020.
