As the logistics and transportation services are becoming more important with the rise of e-commerce orders, the source has assessed the different packaging types offered by the 21 most prominent e-commerce businesses in France in 2020. Thus, about 86 percent of them did not offer gift wrapping options and 76 of them did not offer personal messages, when choosing the gift option. However, more than 60 percent had an easy open mechanism.
