Consumers' willingness to wait for a purchased item with free delivery U.S. 2020
In 2020, a survey asked U.S. consumers how long they were willing to wait for purchased items if they were not charged for delivery. The majority of respondents, 47.5 percent, stated that they were willing to wait from four to seven days, while 31.5 percent of the persons questioned were also fine with waiting one week or longer. Only 0.8 percent of customers declared to be willing to wait less than one day.
