Opinion after use of telehealth services in Great Britain 2021

According to a survey carried out in Great Britain in 2021, 19 percent of respondents who had experienced a telehealth service reported it was much more effective than they thought it was going to be. However, 41 percent of respondents indicated they accepted telehealth under the circumstances but would still rather in person consultations.
