Impact of COVID-19 on retail channel preference South Korea 2021, by gender
Rakuten Insight in South Korea in June 2021 on the impact the coronavirus pandemic had on their choice of retail channel, around 56 percent of male respondents answered to now mix both online and offline retail shopping. The same was true for around 52 percent of female respondents. Additionally, approximately 35 percent of men and 42 percent of women in this survey stated to have switched to shopping only online.
