Leading stores in terms of customer experience in Canada 2022

In 2022, approximately 15 percent of consumers in Canada expressed that the best customer experience was provided in Walmart stores, placing the company at the very top of the list. Walmart was also the leading store in terms of CX in the United States. Among Canadian consumers, Canadian Tire and Amazon ranked second and third, respectively.
