Barriers to purchasing clothing, shoes, and accessories online in Denmark 2021
According to a survey carried out in 2021, around 80 percent of Danish consumers reported being unwilling to shop online because of the inability to see and feel a product physically. Furthermore, almost 30 percent of consumers missed the professional advice provided in traditional brick-and-mortar stores.
