Amongst French business-to-consumer (B2C) organizations, the most popular digital commerce channel to invest in was a website for commercial purposes (69 percent of responding companies). Point-of-sale was the second-most popular digital channel (58 percent), whilst a company mobile app (35 percent) was the least common investment of the selected digital channels.
