Non-face-to-face strategy awareness in the trade industry South Korea 2021
In 2021, about 47 percent of companies in the wholesale and retail trade industry in South Korea were aware of the developing non-face-to-face business strategy in the industry, but did not have plans to apply or align their business to it. This share of companies was slightly higher than the share of companies applying it at around 37 percent, plus the companies that plan to apply it in the near future, at around 5 percent.
