Non-face-to-face strategy awareness in the hospitalities industry South Korea 2021
In 2021, about 45 percent of companies in the accommodation and food services industry in South Korea were aware of the developing non-face-to-face business strategy in the industry, but did not have plans to apply or align their business to it. The share of such companies that had intentions or experience with implementing this contactless trend was not far behind, however. Around 37 percent of companies surveyed are actively applying it, while about 4 percent plan to implement it in the near future.
