Non-face-to-face strategy awareness in the healthcare industry South Korea 2021
In 2021, about 40 percent of companies in the health and social welfare industry in South Korea were aware of the developing non-face-to-face business strategy in the industry, but did not have plans to apply or align their business to it. The share of such companies that had intentions or experience with implementing this contactless trend was a bit smaller, at around 27 percent applying it and a further nine percent planning to do so, while almost a quarter of the companies surveyed in the industry were unaware of the trend.
