Leading reasons for canceling SVOD services in the UK 2023
According to a survey conducted in the second quarter of 2023, the main reason for UK consumers canceling their video streaming subscriptions in the past six months was non-usage, cited by nearly one in three respondents. Another roughly 18 percent canceled due to price increases of service providers.
