Consumers who purchased sustainable apparel in select European countries in 2022
In a 2023 survey of consumers in France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom, on average 46.5 percent of consumers across the four countries said that they had purchased a sustainable fashion item in 2022. Italy's total was almost eight percent higher than the average.
