Expectations when accessing life insurance policies among consumers Vietnam 2023
According to a survey conducted in June 2023, the majority of respondents in Vietnam expected life insurance policies to be summarized with important information and address significant concerns, as stated by nearly 80 percent of the surveyed respondents. Meanwhile, around 60 percent cited that using simple language would help them access insurance policies more easily.
