In 2023, when asked to what extent they agreed the shared responsibility model inherent to the cloud was fully understood by their company's Board, IT and cloud professionals' answers varied significantly depending on the country they were from. While 92 percent of respondents in Singapore and 75 percent of respondents in France either agreed or strongly agreed such an understanding existed, 95 percent and 87 percent of respondents in Australia and the United States, respectively, considered that their board did not grasp the shared responsibility model inherent to the cloud.
