Comfort with business AI usage to make decisions about customers Australia 2023
In a survey conducted among Australian adults in March 2023 regarding their attitudes to data privacy, around 30 percent of respondents indicated that they felt very uncomfortable with businesses using AI to make decisions about them. Only around three percent of those surveyed said they felt very comfortable with business usage of artificial intelligence to make decisions about customers.
