In September 2022, the revenue per available room (RevPAR) of hotels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates was 307 Emirati dirhams. This was less than 2.5 times the highest RevPAR recorded during the month of March the same year. In the period between January 2022 and September 2022, average revPAR was much higher during the first three months as compared to the latter part of the period.
