According to an online survey conducted in Japan in 2023, as changes of feelings after becoming aware of menopause, 71.6 percent of respondents cited that they accepted it as an unavoidable aspect of aging. Following closely, 68.4 percent of respondents answered they started to believe that the symptoms will improve eventually.
