Use of AI by accommodation businesses in Europe 2023

In an August 2023 survey by Statista on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the European accommodation market, roughly seven in ten respondents did not use or planned to use AI. Overall, 11 percent of the sample reported already using AI, whereas 16 percent did not use it yet but planned to do so in the next six months.
