Factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions for new brands Indonesia 2023
A survey conducted in Indonesia in 2023 revealed that approximately 41 percent of respondents stated that they had purchased an item or product from new brands because it had been advertised on the internet, through websites, YouTube, social media and apps. The same survey revealed that almost half of Indonesian Gen Z respondents stated that a product or service would be more appealing if it were promoted on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
