Sources of most attractive private equity M&A targets in Europe 2023
Listed companies were the most anticipated source of attractive private equity merger and acquisition (M&A) targets in Europe according to private equity professionals in 2023. In total, 55 percent of respondents expected this to be the source of the most attractive M&A targets in 2023, followed by 44 percent of respondents anticipating majority investments.
