Switching potential of dairy and bread products for a claim Europe 2016
This statistic shows the share of consumers that would switch their dairy or bread products for those with a claim over those without in Europe in 2016, by claim. A majority of respondents would be more likely to switch their dairy or bread products for those with an all natural claim at 64 and 61 percent respectively, while a natural claim is the second most popular for dairy products and a no additive claim for bread products.
