This statistic displays the percentage change on the previous year of online retail expenditure in the Netherlands in the third quarter of 2017, by product category. In comparison to the third quarter of 2016, the online spending on food and near-food products in the Netherlands increased by nearly 50 percent in the third quarter of 2017. In the same period, the online expenditure on toys increased by 15 percent.
