The Central London office real estate market saw take-up hit 3.9 million square feet in the fourth quarter of 2023. This was the fourth consecutive quarter of increase and the highest figure recorded during the period. City & Southbank was the most sought after submarket, with take-up totaling 2.42 million square feet.
