Preferred purchase methods among Italian consumers 2020, by category
Over 2020, Italian consumers had the possibility to choose between both online and offline methods for buying a product or a service. Concerning consumer goods, 80 percent of Italian shoppers still preferred offline channels. On the other hand, 44 percent of the consumers asserted that they utilized both online and offline methods for purchasing electronics-related products. By contrast, 43 percent preferred buying travel related products and services online.
