According to a survey conducted in November and December of 2021, 78 percent of small businesses in Vietnam experienced major negative effects due to COVID-19 in 2021. This marked a slight decrease from over 81 percent in the previous year. In comparison, about 20 percent of the surveyed small businesses in China perceived a negative COVID-19-related impact in 2021.
