Consumer interest in shoppertainment in Europe 2020, by country
During a 2020 survey, more than eight out of ten consumers in Poland said they were interested in shoppertainment. In Spain, 78 percent of respondents expressed interest in at least one form of shoppertainment, whether livestreaming on e-commerce platforms, social media livestreaming, product content by social media influencers, or interactive gaming features. Meanwhile, in France, 67 percent stated the same, while in the United Kingdom, 59 percent did.
