Reasons for having better eating habits in Portugal 2023

As of 2023, almost all Portuguese respondents justified having healthy eating habits with health concerns. Wanting to experience food diversity was the reason to eat better for 72 percent of respondents. 68 percent of respondents justified their healthy eating habits with environmental or animal concerns
