A 2022 survey in Italy explored the preferred platform among eSports fans to watch live events or tournaments. The survey revealed that 38 percent of the time eSports fans spent on watching live gaming events was on YouTube. Meanwhile, Facebook Gaming was used for 13 percent of the time spent watching live eSports.
