Nordics: users who prefer using their smartphones for selected activities 2023
Mobile phones were the preferred devices used to engage with social media for Nordic users. According to a survey conducted in July 2023 among users in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, 78 percent of respondents reported they preferred using their smartphones to access social media. Around 75 percent of respondents reported preferring this type of devices to access their bank balances, while only 45 percent of respondents reported preferring their mobile phones to make online purchases.
